मुंबई। फिल्मकार राकेश ओमप्रकाश मेहरा ने निर्माता रोनी स्क्रूवाला के साथ फिल्म ‘कबड्डी’ में काम करने की पुष्टि की, और साथ ही उन्होंने फिल्म से ऋतिक के बाहर होने की अफवाहों का खंडन किया।   मेहरा ने यहां गांधी जयंती पर आयोजित एक समारोह से अलग कहा, ‘‘मुझे पटकथा लेखन पसंद है, लेकिन यह थकाऊं और धीमी प्रक्रिया है। कभी-कभी आपको दो वर्ष लग सकते हैं। ‘रंग दे बसंती’ लिखने में मुझे पांच साल लग गए थे। हां मैं रोनी स्क्रूवाला के साथ काम कर रहा हूं, और आज से एक वर्ष में हम पटकथा तैयार कर लेंगे और उसके बाद हम शूटिंग के बारे में फैसला करेंगे।’’   रपटों के मुताबिक, ऋतिक पहले इस फिल्म में काम के लिए राजी थे, लेकिन रचनात्मक मतभेदों के कारण उन्होंने फिल्म छोड़ दी। राकेश ने इन अफवाहों का खंडन किया और कहा, ‘‘ऐसा कुछ नहीं है।’’   उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘फिल्म फरवरी से जुलाई, 2018 के बीच कभी भी रिलीज हो सकती है।   साभार-khaskhabar.com

Anushka Sharma attended Vogue Women Of The Year Awards recently and at the event she was asked to comment on Deepika Padukone's first look poster of Padmavati.   Anushka said, "You know, the place where I was shooting today, there was ZERO network over there. But I was very happy about it. This is because I thought that this kind of a world, where there is no network..there are no calls coming in and no messages coming in..You don't know what is happening in this world. Is there even such a place in the world? Yes, there is such a place and I was in this place for a while. It is right here, in Mumbai. I was very happy, I thought, 'this is such a good life.'"She added, "So, that is why I don't know what has released today. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I have not seen anything. A week after Deepika Padukone stunned one and all with her royal look from Padmavati, the makers of the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film have released the first look of Shahid Kapoor. He is killing us with his fierce and royal look. Shahid will play King of Chittor and Rani Padmini's husband Maharawal Ratan Singh in the much-awaited period drama.    Shahid flaunts a heavily bearded look in the poster with jewellery adding to his royal and intense look. Sharing the posters, Deepika, Ranveer and Shahid wrote, "saahas, samarthya aur samman ka pratrek".Earlier, Shahid had revealed what went into making his character of the 'Maharawal' a reality, "When you are playing a king, you need to have a certain personality. At that time, the people used to not be very skinny and lean, so you need to have a manly personality. Basically for that, and to carry those outfits also, Sanjay sir (Sanjay Leela Bhansali) wanted me to be a little muscular and a little full. But I will be gaining weight in terms of muscle and not in terms of fat. This is because I am playing the character of a warrior. The Rajput kings had very strong personalities." We are even more impatient for Ranveer Singh's look in the film. While Deepika Padukone steps into the shoes of Rani Padmavati, her rumoured beau Ranveer Singh essays the role of Alauddin Khilji. The trailer of Golmaal Again has clocked in more than 20 million views combined on various platforms it has been launched like YouTube and Facebook. In YouTube itself it has got more than 15 million views. This is definitely a record of sorts, with the makers claiming that Golmaal Again’s trailer is the first Hindi film trailer to have hit the 20 million mark in just 24 hours. Golmaal Again is gearing up for its Diwali release. Actress Tabu says she signed the multi-starrer entertainer even before reading the script.   During the trailer launch of the film on friday, Tabu, who is one of the new additions to the 'Golmaal' gang told about how she always wanted to be a part of the film. Tabu said: "This is a special film for me because whenever I watched the film, it was a laugh riot for me. Whenever I met Rohit at parties, I said that I want to be a part of this franchise. I was ready to even do a cameo. I would like to say, that this is one of the films where I did not hear the script before shooting because I knew they have something good for me... It was like a picnic." The whole cast and crew including Parineeti Chopra, Ajay Devgn, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Kemmu, Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor, Johny Lever, were present at the trailer launch. Ileana D'Cruz has become a popular name post her performance in Anurag Basu's Barfi. However, the actor who is known for her grace revealed that she was not confident about herself at one point. In a video shot for an apparel brand, the actor opened up about battling with her body dysmorphic disorder for 15 long years.   "I was shy, a self-conscious person once I hit my teens. I was constantly hit on for my body type. The obsession started when I was 15. My entire life goal was to be accepted by everyone. I never got it. I did not know I had body disorder. There was a period, approx three years ago. I was completely depressed. The most comforting thought was to end things. But I realized it did not seem right," she said.Sharing the video, the Main Tera Hero actor wrote, "Acceptance is the first step towards being a better you. I'm trying every day." Ileana is not the first person to open up about depression. Previously, Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar too have spoken about their struggles with depression.  On the work front, the talented actor was last seen in Ajay Devgn's Baadshaho which had a good run at the box office.
