The Uttar Pradesh government is focusing on the complete vaccination of all citizens of the state. To promote vaccination and save the environment at the same time a unique scheme of green gifts has been started for the beneficiaries in Hastinapur area of Meerut which helped in getting record number of vaccinations in a single day.
Come for vaccination and get one fruit plant sapling and two dustbins one green and one blue absolutely free. This scheme was launched by the community health centre Hastinapur Dr. Ankur Tyagi with the help of Nagar Panchayat Hastinapur. Results were quite encouraging and within a single day a record number of 1442 people got themselves vaccinated. Dr Ankur told AIR
