Karnataka government has announced a few relaxation in the lockdown norms in the districts with lower positivity rates. The relaxation will come into effect from today. In Bengaluru urban district all production units/establishment/industries are permitted to function with 50 percent of their staff strength strictly adhering to COVID appropriate behaviour.

However, production units/establishments/industries engaged in Garment manufacturing are permitted to function with 30 percent of their staff strength strictly adhering to COVID appropriate behaviour.
