Esha Deol and her husband Bharat Takhtani have become proud parents of a baby girl. Esha, daughter of Bollywood actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini, gave birth to her first child in the wee hours of Monday at Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai.

Esha announced her pregnancy earlier this year in April. With the arrival of Esha's little bundle of joy, Hema Malini becomes grandmother for the second time, two years after her younger daughter, Ahaana, welcomed her first child. Ahaana and husband Vaibhav Vohra are parents to a baby boy, whom the couple has named Darien. During Esha's pregnancy, she went on a babymoon to Greece with husband, Bharat. The couple shared some lovely pictures from their trip on Instagram as well.

The couple celebrated their baby shower by tying the knot again as per Sindhi tradition. Esha was dressed like a bride for the occasion.Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani, a businessman, got engaged in February 2012 after dating for a couple of years. The pair tied the knot in June 2012. On the work front, Esha Deol has been away from the big screen since 2015. She was last seen in multi-lingual drama film, Kill Them Young (2015).
