Health Minister Mangal Pandey said, 8000 vaccination centres have been made in different panchyats across the state to speed up vaccination drive.
The state Government has set an ambitious target of vaccinating another six crore people in next six months. For intensive vaccination, a Task Force has been constituted at the block level in each district of the state. Meanwhile, the state’s recovery rate has risen to over 98 per cent, while the test positivity rate has declined to below one per cent and it is 0.27 percent.
Corona cases is below 10 in 22 out of 38 districts of the state. The number of active cases is also decreasing and presently stands at 2704. Over seven lakh 8000 people have so far recovered from the infection. No fresh case has been reported from five districts including Buxar, Sitamarhi and Jehanabad. In 21 districts below ten cases were reported.
